Content policy
TGOUTBID is a public list that anybody can pay to appear on, which means the listings are the product. Everything on it has to be safe for a stranger to click at work, in front of anyone, in any country. These are the rules, and they apply to both boards.
The short version
Safe for work, legal, and honestly described. No adult or sexual content of any kind. Nothing illegal or regulated. Nothing built to deceive people. If you would not put it on a billboard, do not put it here.
1. Adult and sexual content
Not allowed at all, at any rank, on either board. There is no age gate, no marked section and no exception for paid listings.
- Pornography, nudity, and sexually explicit images, video or text.
- Sexual services, escorting, and anything advertising sex for money.
- Adult content subscriptions and paywalled nude photo sales.
- Fetish, camming and sexually suggestive material presented for arousal.
- Listings whose name, description, icon or linked page is sexual, even when the shop itself sells something else.
2. Child safety
Zero tolerance, and the one rule with no grey area. Any material that sexualises a minor, any attempt to list it, and any coded reference to it is removed immediately and permanently, the money is kept, and the details are handed to the relevant authorities. Do not test this.
3. Illegal and regulated goods
- Drugs, controlled substances, prescription medicines and the equipment for making them.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and the parts to build them.
- Stolen goods, protected wildlife, human remains and organs.
- Anything requiring a licence you do not hold, and anything illegal where you or your buyer lives. It is your job to know which.
4. Fraud, scams and stolen data
- Carding, card dumps, bank logs, hacked or cracked accounts.
- Leaked databases, personal data, document forgery and identity services.
- Money laundering, cash-out services and fake currency.
- Investment schemes promising a guaranteed return, pyramid and ponzi structures, and signal groups that sell certainty.
- Anything whose business is separating people from money under false pretences.
5. Malware and attacks
Ransomware, keyloggers, botnets, stressers, phishing kits, credential stealers and services that attack systems or accounts for hire.
6. Violence, hate and harassment
- Violent threats, glorification of violence, and hiring anyone to carry it out.
- Terrorist and violent extremist organisations, and their symbols and fundraising.
- Attacks on people for race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability or serious disease.
- Coordinated harassment, doxxing, and publishing private information without consent.
- Content encouraging suicide, self harm or eating disorders.
7. Deception and impersonation
- Listing a Telegram account or website you do not run.
- Pretending to be a person, brand or company you are not.
- A name or description that does not match what is actually behind the link.
- Counterfeits, replicas sold as genuine, and pirated software, media or accounts.
8. Spam and quality
- Listing the same thing twice under different spellings, or many near-identical shops.
- Redirect chains, link shorteners and pages that exist only to bounce visitors elsewhere.
- Empty, broken or parked pages.
How this is enforced
- Screening. Every submission is checked before it can be paid for. Obvious breaches are refused outright, and nothing is charged. Borderline ones go up but are queued for a person to look at.
- Reports. Anyone can report any listing, and each report asks what is wrong with it. 4 reports from different visitors hide a listing automatically, without waiting for anybody.
- Removal. Whoever runs the board can remove anything under this policy at any time, including a listing that has paid a great deal. Rank buys position, not immunity.
- No refunds. A listing removed under this policy is not refunded, and neither is one hidden by reports. This is deliberate: it has to be cheaper to follow the rules than to gamble on them.
What this policy is not
Passing the screening is not approval, and a high rank is not a recommendation. TGOUTBID sells position on a list and nothing else: it does not check whether a seller ships, hold your money, or settle a dispute between you and a shop. Judge any seller yourself before you send them anything, and never pay a stranger in a way you cannot reverse.
Reporting something
Every row on both boards has a report control. Use it: it is read, it is counted, and it is the fastest route to getting something taken down. For anything urgent, or anything involving a child, contact the operator directly rather than relying on the counter.
This policy applies to the Telegram board and the website board alike, and to listings already on them. It can change, and the version on this page is the one in force.
